My Role
- Spearheaded the project and set the foundation for the initial rollout.
- Introduced new techniques to reduce cost and streamline production.
- Led 3D printing and enclosure design efforts.
- Owned project management across prototype, pilot, and first production runs.
- Partnered with upper management to secure funding for the prototype, pilot, and production phases.
